[Console] SSF v0.10 Alpha R4

SSF est un très bon émulateur Saturn. Ce fut le premier émulateur a émuler des jeux commerciaux.

Voici les nouveautés par Google trad. :

– Processing of SCSP was corrected PCM generated.
– Fixed a rendering of VDP1.
– Densha de GO! EX I now work.
– However, it is so heavy to draw the sprite in the number of software itself.
– State data saved version has changed.
