[Console] SNEM v0.092 WIP

Nouvelle version WIP (et instable) de cet émulateur Super Nintendo destiné à Win9X dont voici les améliorations depuis la dernière version stable:

– More 65816 opcodes and fixes
– SPC emulation
– Sound (preliminary)
– A lot of PPU fixes – more games work
– PPU improved in various ways

et voici ce qui ne fonctionne plus par rapport à la dernière version stable:

– Many (less than before though) opcodes missing
– Some opcodes broken
– No mode 7 rotozoom
– No HiROM
– Probably some other stuff
