[Divers] EL WIP

Ciro nous informe que la prochaine version d’Emuloader sera en principe complètement compatible avec ZInc 1.0 (enfin 1.01 maintenant).

Hi all,
just a small update
Next version of EL will have full support for zinc 1.0

It’s not MAME related but is a hell of a great emulator…
no ETA on the release though.
