[Divers] GameEX v2.07

Dédié à XP Media Center (le premier du genre), il nécessite DirectX 9c et .NET 1.1 au minimum, 2 composants plutôt lourds et exclusivement Windows.

– Now can optionally show separate lists for Neo-Geo games (ShowNeoGeo=True)
– Now can optionally show separate lists for Vector games (ShowVector=True)
– PC Games can now be added to the Start page and launched from GameEx. See the ExternalApplications section in GameEx.ini
