[Arcade] MAMEPlus! v0.106 New Render Test

MAMEPlus! est disponible dans un build test.

BUT has ported the most part of MAMEPlus code to the new render.
this 0.106u3 has new render enabled for TEST PURPOSE only. No GUI, no scaler. Again, please file bug reports on MAMEPlus forum ONLY.
