[Divers] Mame Plus GUI v1.10 beta 1

Un frontend pour Mame Plus! mais également pour Mame avec pas mal de fonctionnalités en « Plus! », un frontend très agréable que l’on peu donc utiliser avec Mame original sans avoir les tonnes de hacks/extras roms que propose Mame Plus!.

– implemented search buttons, as progressive search didn’t work well
– fixed a bug that GUI settings are not saved sometimes
– preliminary command.dat support. parsing is almost done for Japanese version, some special tags in English version have not been made yet. if you are using official MAME, put command.dat in the same directory as GUI, if you are using MAMEPlus, you may set path at Options-Directory-Core Filename-Command file. please note there will be a performance hit if the command list is too long.
