[Divers] Logiqx Utils

De nouvelles versions des outils de Logiqx sont disponibles sur son site.

Datlib v2.34:
– Changed the order of MD5 and SHA1 in listinfo and XML datafiles.
– Removed the ambiguous « -f xml » option. Use listxml or genericxml.

DatUtil v2.44:
– Uses DatLib v2.34.
– Changed the order of MD5 and SHA1 in listinfo and XML datafiles.
