[Ordinateur] Open Msx UnOfficial pre Alpha v0.02

Nouvelle version non officiel de cet émulateur Msx. En voici les améliorations:

+ Workaround for some of non-mappered 32KB ROMs.
Code of this part was taken from official CVS.
+ Workaround for a few of ASCII_8KB ROMs.
+ Little fixing of documents.
# NOT YET : fixing « fullscreen » and « SDLGL » problems.
# NOT YET : fixing Japanese keyboard problem.
