[Arcade] DATs WIP

De nouveaux fichiers dats sont disponible sur le site officiel de RomManager :

DAT Arcade – Nebula (Non-MAME) [updated for Model2 0.7]
DAT Arcade Unemulated – Sega Unemulated [removed emulated games]

Don’t forget this Sega Unemulated database is more than likely containing bad romsets (especially those I marked x). I need a little help, to certify which roms are really bad & redumped, so I can remove them. Please send me any useful information
