[Console] Project PC2E (09/11/04)

Nouvelle version pour cet émulateur Nec PC Engine. Voici les améliorations:

– Fixed a bug in 200% stretch code
– Fixed input detection code (joystick)
– Fixed behaviour of VDC status flags
– Fixed timer interrupt code
– Fixed initial state of VDC
– Fixed a bug that it did not respond to joystick input after drag & drop
– Added preliminary support for the SuperGrafx (pc2esgfx.exe)
