[Console] Gens32 v2.26 Beta

Un projet basé sur Gens v2.12a et Gens+ v0.0.3.39. Il ajoute de nouvelles fonctionnalités. Version de test en attendant la verstion stable.

1) Replaced 1:1 Scan lines with TV Scan lines;
2) Rewrote some graphics filter.
3) Rewrote sound mixer;
4) New sound mixer called AV OUT was added.
5) Restored Rom Info option.
6) Repaired Screen shot system,and you can take a shot with your joypad now.
7) Freely update option was added.Just try it by yourself.
