ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

This Software will not be distributed on Cdrom (covermount or otherwise), in a 
software compilation, or for a sum of money. "Psemu Pro" will not be sold in any way. 
Any inclusion on media other than the Internet will require the authors written consent.

By using or attempting to use "PSemu Pro", the user accepts the following 
terms and conditions of use

TERMS OF USE

"Psemu Pro" is a Software emulation of Sony's Playstation Console. 
This software is by no means meant to replace the Hardware developed by Sony Corporation.
To use "PSemu Pro", you must own a Playstation, thus having legal right to use 
the software "BIOS". Instructions on how to extract the BIOS image are in the FAQ.txt 
file found in the "PSEmu Pro" directory. You are not legally permitted to use "PSemu Pro" 
if you do not own a Playstation.

Vision thing will in no way endorse the use of Playstation software other than ORIGINAL 
Playstation CDROMS. The use of "pirated" or "Imaged" CDROMS is strictly prohibited. 
Vision Thing will not be answerable to any legal claim make by Software vendors against 
a "PSEmu Pro" user.

Vision Thing make no gurantee's that "Psemu Pro" will work on all software/hardware 
configurations. Vision Thing will also be excempt from any claim made by the user due 
to data loss, corruption and improper working performance. The "PSEmu Pro" software package,
in its original form is believed to be virus free. No claims will be made against 
Vision Thing for virus infection.

The user agrees not to ask the authors questions answered in the enclosed FAQ, 
questions about release dates, or questions about the third party driver plugins unless
specifically asked to do so by the authors.
