intcommand  - "ihit" introduced (hash hit rate/statistics)

macfiles    - "check_vod" introduced (for hash access)
fileaccess  - <readFlag> introduced (seek when change read -> write)
            - ftruncate adaptions (still not working for CW MacOSX)
