ROMCMP says the 16M ROMs have identical halves, but the PCB labels them as 16M,
so for now I dump them as 16M. If necessary, just chop them in half to make them 8M dumps.

Boogie Wings / The Great Ragtime Show (Data East, 92)

Description from Andy:
Superb shoot 'em up, millions of enemies, mass scenery destruction.
Fly bi-planes in pseudo-victorian-futuristic levels. Fly through musuems,
giant airships, even a Christmas level complete with snow and Santa Claus!
When your plane is hit bad, the pilot jumps out and has to run.
You then have the ability to jump into enemies vehicles, other vehicles
laying around, even ride animals!

Information from Brian Troha:
Encytped main CPU. Great Ragtime Show programs ROMs not currently dumped.
