Description from Matt
Top Roller is a Jump&Racing game similiar to Bump'N'Jump or
Burnin Rubber. In this case you're controlling a rollerskater guy,
avoiding other nasty guys and a bunch of obstacles.
What makes it more fun is that at later stages you could for example
jump into a boat on the sideway and thus take a cool short cut.

Why it's not emulated (Kale):
Top Roller has an unknown (possibly encrypted) main CPU.
