 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

 This is version 2.3.11 of VICEminus, the C64, VIC20, and C64DTV emulator.
 This version can be compiled for Win32 and for most Unix systems provided
 with the SDL library.

 VICEminus is a fork of VICE. If you want more emulated systems or ports,
 try VICE instead:

     http://vice-emu.sourceforge.net/

 The following programs are included in VICEminus:

   - x64_sdl, a C64 emulator;

   - x64sc_sdl, a C64 emulator focused on accuracy;

   - x64dtv_sdl, a C64 Direct-to-TV (DTV) emulator;

   - xvic_sdl, a VIC-20 emulator;

   - vsid_sdl, a SID player;

   - c1541m, a stand-alone disk image maintenance utility;

   - crtconv, a C64/C128 cartridge conversion program;

   - vrtconv, a VIC-20 cartridge conversion program.

 Moreover, the following documents are provided in both source and
 binary distributions:

   - README, this file;

   - COPYING, the GNU General Public License under which VICEminus is
     distributed -- *please read it before using the program*;

   - INSTALL, installation instructions;

   - NEWS, list of user-visible changes between this
     and older versions of VICEminus;

   - doc/ReadmeSDL.txt, the documentation for the SDL UI;

   - doc/vrtconv.txt, the documentation for vrtconv.

 The following documents are provided in the source distribution:

   - doc/vice.texi, the complete documentation *for VICE*
     (kept around for autogenerated contribution information);

   - doc/coding-guidelines.txt, essential reading for those
     about to contribute patches;

   - doc/VRT.txt, VRT file format specification.
