H2F.exe sets up the file associations between .H2F files and H2FDLP.exe and .H2L files
and H2LDLP.exe - but in case it doesn't work, here's the manual steps required.

1) Setup H2FDLP.exe as the handler for .H2F files (H2 Filters) on your machine.

To do this on Windows 95 / Windows 98 follow these instructions:

NOTE: - The quotes are not to be typed they are there to illustrate onscreen information.
         - An install directory of C:\H2 has been assumed, anywhere you see C:\H2 substitute with your
	   install directory.

 a) From the Start button select 'Settings' then 'Folder Options' (Start > Settings > FolderOptions)
 b) Select the 'File Types' tab
 c) Click on 'New Type'	a 'New File Type' dialog should pop up.
 d) In the box 'Description of type' type 'H2 Filter'
 e) In the box 'Associated extension' type '.H2F'
 f) In the box 'Content Type (MIME)' type 'application/H2Filter'
 g) Now click on the 'New...' button under Actions a 'New Action' dialog should pop up.
 h) In the box 'Action' type 'open'
 i) In the box 'Application used to perform action' type 'C:\H2\H2FDLP.exe'
 j) Now click on 'OK' you should be taken back to the 'New File Type' dialog.
 k) Ensure that the check box 'Confirm open after download' is unchecked (no tick in the box)
 l) Finally click 'Close'

On NT / 2000 follow the 'View>Options...' menu item from a folder view then follow steps b-l.

If you've followed these steps whenver you click on a link in a page produced by H2 that represents
another page, H2FDLP should get invoked and you'll get an updated page in your browser.

2) Setup H2LDLP.exe as the handler for .H2L files (H2 Launch Files) on your machine

To do this on Windows 95 / Windows 98 follow these instructions:

NOTE: - The quotes are not to be typed they are there to illustrate onscreen information.
         - An install directory of C:\H2 has been assumed, anywhere you see C:\H2 substitute with your
	   install directory.

 a) From the Start button select 'Settings' then 'Folder Options' (Start > Settings > FolderOptions)
 b) Select the 'File Types' tab
 c) Click on 'New Type'	a 'New File Type' dialog should pop up.
 d) In the box 'Description of type' type 'H2 Launch File'
 e) In the box 'Associated extension' type '.H2L'
 f) In the box 'Content Type (MIME)' type 'application/H2LaunchFile'
 g) Now click on the 'New...' button under Actions a 'New Action' dialog should pop up.
 h) In the box 'Action' type 'open'
 i) In the box 'Application used to perform action' type 'C:\H2\H2LDLP.exe'
 j) Now click on 'OK' you should be taken back to the 'New File Type' dialog.
 k) Ensure that the check box 'Confirm open after download' is unchecked (no tick in the box)
 l) Finally click 'Close'

On NT / 2000 follow the 'View>Options...' menu item from a folder view then follow steps b-l.

If this was done correctly then, when you click on a link in the frontend that represents an application
needing to be launched, it will be handled by H2LDLP.exe - which will then prompt you for the correct
application to use.
