PCE Terminal Keys
==============================================================================

The terminal recognizes one key as a special escape key. By default this is
the ESC key, but any other key can be configured as escape key. Below, <ESC>
refers to this escape key.

Key combinations starting with <ESC> are key sequences (press <ESC>,
release <ESC>, then press the second key). This is true even if <ESC> is
a key that is normally used in combination with other keys, such as Shift
or Ctrl.
