> Controls <

Mouse moves crosshair (no joystick support).

Fire left/center/right bases with left/center/right mouse buttons.
Or use keyboard.

Keyboard controls:
A - left base fire
S - center base fire
D - right base fire
1 - one player start
2 - two player start - player 2 screen will be horiz flipped as ROMs are
for cocktail game (vert flip done by hardware)
F11 - slam switch - used in self mode w/ fire buttons to run special tests
F12 - toggle self test switch
ESC - quit emulator

No coin up required, dips are set for free play. Game seems to ignore
pressing start while MISSLE COMMAND banner is diplayed. Press during
self play.

> Some Notes <

Code contains partial speed throttling. Should not speed up on faster
machines. However, it will not try to "catchup" on slower machines. Speed
is set at 48 frames a second. Might be a hair bit slow.

Emulation of video memory is not 100%. As result there some anomalies in
the bottom 8 screen lines. I think the extra overhead to doing video memory
100% correct will require recoding in assembler.

Currently no sound. The overhead of emulating sound will probably require
recoding is assembly.
