Version 1.0 = Initial public release. 2/23/2023

This program does a few things: It will encrypt/decrypt Genesis Game Genie codes, allow you to add any of your codes to a .pat cheat file for use with many Genesis emulators, and lets you edit most exsisting .pat cheat files.

The .pat cheat files that this program creates and edits are used by Kega Fusion, Genecyst, and most, if not all versions of Gens (Gens, Gens Hacking Version, Gens Tracer, Gens 9.5b, Gens 11, Gens r57, and many more).

There are a couple Help buttons in the program that should answer any questions.

Note than many of the buttons are dual purpose. If you click on the Up/Down buttons, they behave like you'd expect. If you hold down on the Up/Down buttons, the value will automatically start increasing/decreasing on it's own and increase speed even more if you hold down longer than 2 seconds. The RAM address Up/Down buttons do the same thing, although a little faster. The "Insert" buttons will cycle through the different values each time you click on them. The "Clear" buttons will clear the code on the first click, and clear the code decription on the second click.

Will also work with 32x ROMs in many cases. 32x Game Genie codes will work with Kega and most Gens emulators. Kega also supports 32x assembly (SH2) codes.

The C# code for decrypting/encrypting Game Genie codes is heavily based on a dll file by Rimsky82.

Shouldn't need any additional files if you're using Windows. It uses the .net framework.
