These are modified versions of the Perl libraries provided with POSE.

The modifications are:

- SLK checksums are now calculated ; this is because the simulator directly relies on the Palm OS serial link manager
- pen taps are now expressed in screen coordinates rather than raw digitizer coordinates
- the connection is done on the console SLK socket (#1) rather than the emulator scripting SLK socket (#14)

In order to execute scripts with PalmSim, those files must be used. PalmSim must be configured so the 68K debugger port is routed to localhost:6415. This is done through the settings/communication ports panel.
