ZeraPS5 — optional private problem reports

Automatic report upload remains disabled. Sending a report is a manual choice;
you can save a local draft instead. Update downloads do not send a report.

After a game session has ended, select Report a problem and describe what you
did and what appeared. Empty or placeholder descriptions cannot be submitted
as a normal report. The launcher checks the sanitized diagnostic content and
warns if it is absent, partial or from an unverified legacy session.

New sessions have separate current/previous records. Process and guest exit
codes remain separate, and unknown values are not reported as successful exits.
Collection is blocked while a session is running or its end is unconfirmed.
The ZIP includes filtered logs, a description, game/build and hardware/OS
information, report-quality.txt and session-info.txt. Session IDs link the
diagnostic files; they are not persistent computer or account identifiers.

Known private patterns are omitted; filtering cannot recognize every personal
detail. Review your description before sending. Raw logs, environment variables,
command lines and structured .records files are not uploaded as a fallback.
Computer-name and persistent installation-ID headers are not sent.

ZIP contents and integrity are checked before finalization. Each exported
sanitized log is limited to 4 MiB; cuts are marked as partial. Original logs are
not truncated by export. ZIPs use stored entries without compression and are
limited to 10 MiB. Historical local session directories are retained and may
grow; there is no new automatic cleanup of your previous session data.

The private receiver allows up to 500 daily upload reservations globally and
10 per source address, using UTC day boundaries. Failed uploads after a slot
reservation count toward that limit. Reports expire after 14 days; deletion is
asynchronous. Reports are not publicly listed or downloadable. A network/server
failure preserves the local ZIP in user/reports.

To disable report uploads entirely in user/config/zeraps5.ini:

Sources and relink objects are supplied under sources/. Credits and licenses
are preserved. Games, firmware, keys and console modules are not distributed.
