End User License Agreement for the SoftMac XP product suite including but not
limited to Xformer 2000, Gemulator 2000, SoftMac 2000, and SoftMac XP:

The End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (the End User)
and Emulators Inc. for the SoftMac XP product suite. By installing, copying, or
using the SoftMac XP product, you agree to be bound by the full terms of the
agreement.

Emulators Inc. grants the End User the non-transferable right to install and
use the SoftMac XP product on a single computer. You may make one copy of the
SoftMac XP software in machine readable form for backup purposes only.

Emulators Inc. expressly reserves to itself all other rights in the SoftMac XP
product including, but not limited to, the right to reproduce and distribute
the SoftMac XP software and hardware and the right to create derivative works
based on the SoftMac XP product suite.

End User shall respect and not remove, obliterate, or cancel from view any
copyright, trademark, confidentiality or other proprietary notice on the
SoftMac XP software. End User shall not reverse engineer, disassemble, or
decompile the SoftMac XP software, or any portion thereof, nor shall End User
use the SoftMac XP software to reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile
third party software.

All copies of the SoftMac XP software in any form provided by Emulators Inc. or
made by End User are the sole property of Emulators Inc. End User shall not
have any right, title, or interest to any such SoftMac XP software or copies
thereof except as provided in this License.

Emulators Inc. shall not be liable for any costs, damages, fees, or other
liability, nor for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential
damages with respect to any claim by the End User or any third party on account
of or arising from this License or use of (or inability to use) any portion of
the SoftMac XP software.

Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this License terminates all
rights granted by Emulators Inc. to the End User.
