Des nouvelles de M1 <\/strong>et ZiNc <\/strong>sur le site de Belmont:<\/p>\n

– I\u2019ve got the preliminary GUI laid out for Linux NEStopia in Glade, now starting to hook it up to the core
\n– New M1 beta cores<\/strong> (0.7.8b5) have been sent to Fujix and Richard Bannister<\/strong>. The big feature this time? Per-channel mixing controls, just like under the ~ menu in MAME, and all game\/ROM info is loaded from an XML <\/a>file on startup so M1 can stay current with MAME sets without any recompiling<\/strong> (this is the same concept Nebula uses). Logiqx\u2019s datlib\/datutils already recognize the format so it should be easy to deal with it via automation.
\n– Since the ongoing major work on it is a PITA I may pop out a minor update to ZiNc <\/strong>soonish with just more games and not the full set of features I was hoping for originally. There would be a full source release<\/strong> accompanying it as well, so if anyone was itching to play along at home with ZiNc development, you\u2019ll get your chance.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Le fait que M1 <\/strong>n’aura plus besoin d’\u00eatre recompil\u00e9 pour \u00eatre \u00e0 jour (comme Nebula avec ses fichiers Dats sauf qu’il s’agit ici de fichiers XML) est une bonne chose.<\/p>\n

L’autre \u00e9norme news (qui est plus une confirmation en fait) est la diffusion des sources de ZiNc <\/strong> avec les prochaines versions ! <\/p>\n

Par contre est-ce l’\u00e9mulateur PSO <\/a>bas\u00e9 sur ZiNc <\/strong>(et qui devait \u00eatre inclus dans celui-ci avec la version 1.2, voir ici<\/a>) est toujours d’actualit\u00e9? V’ont-ils arr\u00eater ZiNc <\/strong>officiellement apr\u00e8s la diffusion des sources?<\/p>\n

En tout cas on peut \u00eatre content d’une telle annonce car:<\/p>\n

1\/ ZiNc <\/strong>continuera \u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 avec ou sans les auteurs originaux
\n2\/ ZiNc <\/strong>restera une alternative \u00e0 Mame pour les jeux Zn1<\/a>\/Zn2<\/a>\/System11<\/a>–12 <\/a>(et peut-\u00eatre d’autres syst\u00e8mes pourront y \u00eatres int\u00e9gr\u00e9s tel que les system21<\/a>–22 <\/a>par exemple)
\n3\/ Rien n’emp\u00eachera d’autres personnes d’inclure la possibilit\u00e9 d’en faire un \u00e9mulateur PSO <\/a>(car rappelons que le Hard de la PSO <\/a>est tr\u00e8s similaire aux System11-12 qu’inclus donc d\u00e9j\u00e0 ZiNc<\/strong>)
\n4\/ Vive les \u00e9mulateurs standalone ^_^<\/p>\n
