Il vise \u00e0 \u00e9tablir une l\u00e9gislation de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e8re num\u00e9rique (l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent de la <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Dadvsi\">DADVSI <\/a>fran\u00e7aise).<\/p>\n<p>Et bien cette m\u00eame <strong>DMCA <\/strong>aussi \u00e9tonnant que cela puisse para\u00eetre vient d&rsquo;autoriser une nouvelle chose:<\/p>\n<p><em>[&#8230;]<br \/>\n2.
