La version SDL (multi-plateformes) du grand Dgen (qui fut le meilleur \u00e9mulateur Megadrive pendant des ann\u00e9es) cr\u00e9\u00e9 par Dave (final burn) \u00e0 l’origine et port\u00e9 en SDL et am\u00e9lior\u00e9 par Joe Groff et Phil K. Hornung en 1998 (devenant multi plateforme), le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 ressuscit\u00e9 par Tamentis<\/a> en 2008 et il est \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent maintenue en grande partie par Zamaz depuis septembre 2011.<\/p>\n

Les fonctionnalit\u00e9s:
\n– Game Genie\/Hex codes support
\n– PAL\/NTSC, fullscreen modes
\n– Joypad \/ joystick support
\n– OpenGL textured video output
\n– Portable (64‐bit, endian safe), runs in Windows using MinGW
\n– Screenshots, demos recording and playback
\n– Musashi and StarScream (x86‐only) CPU cores
\n– CZ80 and MZ80 (generic and x86‐only versions)
\n– 16‐bit, 8000 to 48000Hz sound output
\n– Support for 8, 15, 16, 24 and 32 bpp modes
\n– Archived\/compressed ROMs support
\n– M68K debugger (contributed by Edd Barrett)

– Joystick axes can now be configured for controllers with more than two. They can also be reversed.
\n – Implemented command \u00ab\u00a0calibrate_js\u00a0\u00bb to configure joystick buttons
\n interactively.
\n – Fixed a bug in the debugger prompt handler.
\n – Implemented FM2612 debugging support.
\n – Refactored SDL keyboard handling.
\n – Removed Linux-specific joystick code which no one uses (not even in Linux, where the SDL version has always been preferred).
\n – Implemented the ability to bind arbitrary commands to joystick buttons. This makes DGen fully controllable from a joystick\/joypad.
\n – Implemented proper sprite masking. This fixes annoying priority glitches in a number of games.
\n – Fixed half-submitted commands support in the VDP. This finally fixes the mangled EA logo.
\n – Some code refactoring and documentation.
\n – Improved region settings. The single \u00ab\u00a0region\u00a0\u00bb variable can be used to switch interactively from one region settings to another (identifier,b resolution, PAL\/NTSC mode and frame rate).
\n – Improved region auto detection with the ability to specify a preference order (\u00ab\u00a0str_region_order\u00a0\u00bb variable).
\n – Fixed other miscellaneous bugs (NASM on non-x86 targets, uninitialized variables, other warnings and errors).<\/em><\/p>\n
