\n– Fixed pandemonium, gpu_software screen \u00ab\u00a0bobbing\u00a0\u00bb. Still doesnt work right in opengl.
\n– Corrected mdec timing, this fixes mdecs for ToE(TO2), dino crisis, Rival School 2 and a lot more games, no need to use the \u00ab\u00a0whackedmdec\u00a0\u00bb option anymore to avoid the \u00ab\u00a0slideshow\u00a0\u00bb mdecs.
\n– Correct exception priority level emulation.
