Cet \u00e9mulateur est \u00e9galement le plus complet des outils de d\u00e9veloppements X68000 existant aujourd’hui. Il s’agit d’un fork de l’\u00e9mulateur XM6 v2.05 de PI avec une pl\u00e9thore de nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s. Les changements sont pour la plupart li\u00e9s \u00e0 l’interface utilisateur et un accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur le d\u00e9veloppement et les fonctions de d\u00e9bogage plut\u00f4t que sur l’exactitude de l’\u00e9mulation, cependant il y a suffisamment d’am\u00e9liorations pour qu’il soit recommand\u00e9 d’utiliser cette version plut\u00f4t que XM6 v2.06 finale.

Additions & Changes:
\n– Upgraded to the 2.06 baseline. Thanks to Rob \u00ab\u00a0Doc Robot\u00a0\u00bb Miller.
\n– Added a context menu to the log window.
\n– The log window will now (usually) follow new entries as they are added.
\n– Rearranged the register submenus for the disassembly and memory windows.
\n– Shift-C will copy one disassembled instruction to the clipboard.
\n– Reset and Clear now clears _some_ video-related memory.
\n– Reset and Clear now clears SRAM. Fixes some viruses but wipes out settings.
\n– Dialogs accepting hex addresses now ignore leading non-hex characters.
\n– Added two new vectors to the disassembly window.
\n– Floppy disk titles (as shown in the status area) are now converted to CP932
\nin non-Japanese environments.
\n– Added a menu item and accelerator (F1 when halted) to open the reference manual.
\n– Added a defense mechanism against a common SRAM virus.
\n– Headerless 2HS\/2HDE images are now supported but they must either be formatted
\nor have the appropriate extension (.2HS or .2HDE) in order to be identified.
\nOtherwise they will be treated as 2HQ.
\n– Swapped the meaning of ‘+’ and Return for the disassembly window.
\n– Lines in the breakpoint window will now be highlighted if the current PC
\nmatches their address.
\n– The \u00ab\u00a0BAD\u00a0\u00bb image format now supports a rare format which is truncated
\nat a sector boundary but includes a single-byte terminator.
\n– You can now force an image’s write-protection state by putting a substring
\nin the file name. \u00ab\u00a0[W]\u00a0\u00bb and \u00ab\u00a0[R]\u00a0\u00bb will force a disk to be writable or read-only
\nrespectively. This allows you to keep images read-only at the file system
\nlevel for safety while still allowing certain programs to run correctly.
\n– Be aware that _any_ method of changing the write-protection state of D88 files
\n can cause them to get modified upon ejection due to said state being stored
\n in the header. Keep files read-only at the file system level whenever possible!
\n– Dragged and dropped disk images now accept modifier keys. See the manual.<\/p>\n

 
\nBug Fixes:<\/strong>
\n– Fixed a write error when saving state with read-only D88 file(s)
\nwhen the D88 header is not marked write-protected. It was trying
\nto update the header during the state saving process.
\n– Fixed a bug in the CPU core that could cause the program to crash.
\n– Fixed a deadlock situation that can occur when fast floppy is enabled.
\n– Double clicking a log window entry now works in pop-up mode.
\n– Fixed the situation where the drive numbers sometimes end up missing
\nafter turning the power off.<\/em><\/p>\n
