\n– Move the LICENSE file to the base directory and use a stub

\n– Adjust Chou Aniki timing hack.
\n– Use 1-based numbering when displaying pressed keys.
\n– Hide controller port if disabled when displaying keys.
\n– Fix movie playback.
\n 
\n libretro:
\n– Fix interlaced modes when overscan crop is enabled.
\n– Allow overriding -flto. (orbea)

\n GTK+:
\n– Use shared snes_ntsc implementation.
\n– Remove extra LGPL licensing to avoid confusion.
\n– Don’t translate config file entries. Fixes breakage on
\n non-C languages.
\n– Fix issue where config file doesn’t contain all configurable

\n– Remove config options for Netplay, Joystick, and JMA. SDL 2.0
\n is now mandatory.
\n– Updated gettext and removed intltool. update-po should now catch
\n all translatable strings.
\n– If available, reduce input lag option will now use fences instead
\n of glFinish to prevent hogging the CPU.
\n– Onscreen text can be variable width and will show up in some more
\n cases now.
