\n– The built-in expiration date has been updated to 2026\/07\/01.
\n– A \u00ab\u00a0skip system code\u00a0\u00bb option has been added to the debugger trace command
\n\u00ab\u00a0t\u00a0\u00bb, use the syntax \u00ab\u00a0t[N]s\u00a0\u00bb. This will skip tracing into system calls
\nand exceptions.
\n– The \u00ab\u00a0unknown\u00a0\u00bb DCP instruction $70 has been renamed from \u00ab\u00a0unk\u00a0\u00bb to
\n\u00ab\u00a0border $x\u00a0\u00bb, based on the SCC66470 VSC datasheet, even though the
\ninstruction does not seem to have any effect for the VDSC.
\n– The displayed parameter order of these DCP instructions has been
\nchanged to match the corresponding
\nsome display errors in these instructions were also fixed.
\n– The format of the video mode displayed with VIDEO SETMODE has changed to
\nWIDTHxHEIGHT (DEC) *RES RATEHz SCAN where SCAN is either \u00ab\u00a0P\u00a0\u00bb or \u00ab\u00a0I\u00a0\u00bb for
\nprogressive and interlaced, respectively; the format used to be
\nWIDTHxHEIGHT (DEC) RATEHz \/RES which was incomplete.
\n– GitHub issue cdifan\/cdiemu#15 was fixed where the debugger \u00ab\u00a0a\u00a0\u00bb command
\nwould not load an stb (symbol table) file with two or more dots in the
\nfilename.
\n– Video memory dumps can now be saved by selecting Emulate | Dump,
\npressing its keyboard shortcut Ctrl-F12 or using the new debugger command
\n\u00ab\u00a0ex dump\u00a0\u00bb. The video memory dump will be written to a subdirectory
\nof the dump directory. These dumps can be used with the (to be released)
\ncdiconv program and source release.
\n
\nA memory dump consists of both a textual meta information file with
\nextension .dmp and a binary memory data file with extension .dat; the
\nformer contains the filename of the latter. For video memory dumps the
\nmeta information is actually recoverable from the data file except for
\nthe dump source information under [dump] and video mode information under
\n[cdivideo] for which cdiconv will have a mode parameter.

\nActually, any emulator memory can be dumped using the new -dumpfilter
\noption or an additional parameter to the \u00ab\u00a0ex dump\u00a0\u00bb command; the default
\n\u00ab\u00a0planea;planeb\u00a0\u00bb value however will only dump video memory. Use filter \u00ab\u00a0*\u00a0\u00bb
\nto dump all devices; for non-memory devices only name, type, address
\nand attribute meta information will currently be written, the same
\ninformation shown by a debugger \u00ab\u00a0eb\u00a0\u00bb emulator bus display command.
\n
\nAt some future date the dump function will be extended into a full state
\nsave facility and a single-file IFF-based file format will be introduced.
\n
\nNo other user-visible changes have been made. Saving the contents of
\nthe CD-i NVRAM to a file is still supported.<\/em>
