– Overflow detection fixed in signed DIV instruction.
– Added makefiles for linux and cygwin environments.

Super H® SH-4 RISC engine
– Timing fixed for DIV and signed MUL instructions.
– Improved overflow detection in signed DIV instruction.
– Added makefile for Dreamcast system (requires KOS).
