[Console] Project Tempest v0.15

Project Tempest v0.15 vient d’être mit en ligne et voici les améliorations:

– This version should finally solve all the DirectX8 problems.
– Implemented a new line-based renderer. It’s more accurate, but may be a little slower. This fixes the graphics problems in Zool 2.
– Theme Park is now working too, the graphics is a bit messed up though.
– Implemented a new controller code. It adds joystick support, configurable buttons and the second Jaguar joypad.
