The following fixes related to kbfpd.kpi:
* FPV folder search now checks out unlimited bottom of subfolders.
* It might be useful in case you arrange folders for every composer.
Fixed replay routine a lot. (less skipping?)
Fixed ID3v2 tag retrieval routine
Title retrieval from VGM/S98 compressed by GZ could have caused memory leak – fixed.
Other minor fixes.
