Initialement nommé Mame32, il fut le premier port de MAME(Arcade) sous plateforme Windows. MAMEUI32/64 est un émulateur multi-arcade et multi consoles/ordinateurs incluant une interface (frontend).
 

Rappel:
L’ancien MESSUI devient le nouveau MAMEUI (arcade+console+ordinateur), l’interface étant plus aboutie et performante. L’ancienne interface (très proche visuellement mais avec quelques menus en moins) de MAMEUI est donc définitivement abandonnée.

Comme c’est Robbbert qui, de toute façon, fait le job pour MAMEUI depuis des années (et non John IV), il vient de proposer directement les deux builds sur sa page et pas uniquement la version 32, comme ça « ça c’est fait » ! ^^

Maintenu par Robbbert, il s’agit de la suite la plus directe de MAMEUIFX, ne contenant que la partie arcade de MAME et supprimant les « extra games » que proposait MAMEUIFX (ces derniers étant tous inclus dans HBMAME).
 
As before, the releases only have the binary. Any other needed files come with the standard MAME from mamedev.org.

 
– Arcade games only
– NO pinball
– NO poker games
– NO gambling games
– NO systems that require software, such as computers and consoles
– If all the games of a specific source file are not functional, then they are removed.

 
Changement:
– fixed Alt+F4 to exit the emulator, just like any other Windows program
– added some Taito F3 game-specific hacks to fix various long-standing bugs (from Dink)

Il s’agit de MAME (arcade + consoles + ordinateurs) avec un frontend intégré. Un miroir est disponible sur le site de Progetto.
 

Rappel: L’ancien MESSUI devient le nouveau MAMEUI (arcade+console+ordinateur), l’interface étant plus aboutie et performante. L’ancienne interface (très proche visuellement mais avec quelques menus en moins) de MAMEUI est donc définitivement abandonnée. Ce nouveau MESSUI possède donc exactement la même interface que MAMEUI mais n’inclut que les jeux consoles et ordinateurs tout comme MAME(MESS) (qui en revanche ne propose que l’interface par défaut de MAME).

Officieusement appelé Mame And Mess Emulators, MAME est un émulateur Arcade et Consoles/Ordinateurs qui relie les anciens MAME et MESS dans un seul émulateur multi-usages émulant plus de 2150 systèmes différents. Couplé au frontend QMC2, vous pouvez alors utiliser tous les fichiers Mame extras & Mess Extras.
 

En résumé:
 
Today’s the day for our April MAME release, bringing some important fixes as well as the usual assortment of emulation improvements. A bug preventing multiple keys from being mapped to subdevice inputs has been fixed, which means you can now assign multiple keys to buttons in NeoGeo games and consoles/computers with controller/keyboard/mouse slots. Software loading has been reworked in this release, and the user-visible issues in 0.184 should be addressed. An improvement to the debugger allows more cheats in games with encrypted program ROMs.
 
Newly supported systems include the Galaxy Games StarPak 4 prototype (thanks to Keith Kolmos), Acchi Muite Hoi (a jan-ken-pon game), the HP 9845T computer, Tekken Card World, and Pirate Ship. This release also restores working support for Omori Popper, the driver rewrite having been completed just in time (the old driver had to be removed due to licensing issues). New clones includes the export release of Mach Breakers, an earlier world release of Rastan, the US release of Sonic Blast Man, and Up Maguila (a Spanish bootleg of Donkey Kong Jr.).
 
Emulation improvements include improved netlist performance, a fix for classic Mac keyboard input, a fix for the Apple I cassette interface, and fixes for regressions in Thomson floppy support and Apollo SIO. The N-Sub driver now supports sound sample playback and the gradient generator simulation uses PROM data. There are also some fixes for bugs in the Intel MCS-51 and 8086 family CPUs.

bsnes-plus (ou bsnes+) est un fork de bsnes (basé sur bsnes-classic) destiné à introduire de nouvelles fonctionnalités et améliorations, la plupart visant au débogage. Il s’agit donc d’une version améliorée de bsnes 073 ou l’on retrouve donc l’ancienne interface ainsi que les anciens menus. Plus d’informations ici.
 
Il s’agit d’une version WIP (en cours de développement) dite « instable » basée sur les dernières sources GIT du projet.

 


 
Changements:
– force debug window visible on debugger events
– allow saving/reloading breakpoints between sessions
– tweaking command line breakpoint syntax (allows specifying a data value as well as an empty mode string for disabled breakpoints)

 
Cette version est compatible avec le pack de shaders disponible ici.
