[Console] NeoPOP v0.66 / win32 v1.01

Nouvelle version pour cet émulateur NeoGeo Pocket N&B/Color dont voici les améliorations:

Core
– Fixed the CPU bug that caused glitches in both « Pocket Tennis » games.
– Added all remaining CPU instructions for completeness.
– Added DMA chaining, fixes « BioMotor Unitron » and « Kikouseki Unitron ».

Win32 v1.01
– Added a black border around the emulated screen.
