M1 + MAME: Reverse-engineered the proper pitch calculation for the Irem GA-20 sound chip and submitted to MAMEdev. I no longer need samples from those games, thanks to all who sent them to me.
Added Gunforce, Blade Master, Lethal Thunder, Undercover Cops, Mystic Riders, Major Title 2, Hook, In The Hunt, Ninja Baseball Batman, Superior Soldiers, and Gunforce 2 to M1 since they all play fine now.
