garrofi, author of Chanka, a Dreamcast emulator, was very kind and gave me something to play around with and gave me the permission to post a video too 🙂
I actually get twice the speed of what you see, but the recording program seems to use a lot of CPU power. And the sound is smooth and nice too and not choopy like in the video.
That means that I get 30FPS in the BIOS with my AMD Athlon XP 2000+, 1024MB RAM, ATi Radeon 9000 128MB!
Note: The video is using Xvid and MP3 codecs.
