M+GUI (Mame Plus! Gui) est un frontend pour Mame Plus! mais également pour Mame (et Mess/SDLMame/SDLMess) avec pas mal de fonctionnalités en « Plus! » (comme la possibilité de lire les fichiers sons via M1), un frontend très agréable que l’on peu donc utiliser avec Mame original sans avoir les tonnes de hacks/extras roms que propose Mame Plus!
