– Fixed -disable_ppu_clipping flag in the config file.
– Fixed a few GUI items, plus minor changes.
– Frame timing is reset if the video resolution changes, no more crashing.
– Added bitmap blitters 3x and 4x, no filtering yet.
– Minor code optimizations and cleanups.
