[Jeux Elect.] MADrigal : Maj de Mickey Mouse, Egg, Snoopy Tennis & Turtle Bridge !

Un grand merci à Luca, alias Madrigal, pour son énorme travail sur les simulateurs et qui va visiblement se reposer un peu (il l’aura bien mérité^^)

This is probably going to be the very last update in 2014. I have to stop
programming simulators for the next few months. 🙁

Thanks to the contribution of the Australian gentleman, Eddie Slattery of
the Nintendo Game & Watch Buy Swap Sell & Info group on Facebook, I could
finally add the English instructions manual browser to the Mickey Mouse
(Nintendo, Wide Screen) simulator!

I also updated all the other simulators of games of the same series by
Nintendo, by adding larger instructions manual, now matching the size of the
simulated handhelds. And obviously the new « removable splash screen » has
been added to all the games!

This is the list of new files:
– Mickey Mouse (Nintendo, Wide Screen) S4/1.03 (Standard 4, manual added)
– Egg (Nintendo, Wide Screen) S4/1.04 (Standard 4, larger manual added)
– Parachute (Nintendo, Wide Screen) S4/1.06 (Standard 4, larger manual

– Snoopy Tennis (Nintendo, Wide Screen) S4/1.04 (Standard 4, larger manual
added)
– Turtle Bridge (Nintendo, Wide Screen) S4/1.06 (Standard 4, larger manual
added)
