[Console] Magic Engine FX v1.0.1

Nouvelle version pour cet émulateur de PC-FX (shareware) dont voici les nouveautés:

* implemented disc-change support in Voice Paradise and Last Imperial Prince
* fixed a slowdown when loading game states with movies
* fixed a sprite rendering bug
* added a command line option to directly start a CD game : ‘pcfx.exe -cd’ or ‘pcfx.exe -cd:E’
* added a new .ini option ‘[cdrom] driver’ to select the CD-ROM driver (SPTI/ASPI)
* added a reset option to the keyboard/gamepad ‘game’ config sub-menu
