Nouvelle version pour cet émulateur BBC et Master 128.

– Fixed disc formatting using the 8271 controller.
– Video update / capture fix from Rich.
– Reduced CPU load when execution is halted in the debugger.
– Added three new debugger commands:
« g » to goto an address
« fr » to read a file into host RAM
« fw » to write a file from host RAM
