– Fixed issue with PPC start menu not disappearing in full screen mode.
– Fixed black bar issue on start menu (related to previous fix).
– Fixed start menu activation. Disabled when game is in play, enabled all other times (no game loaded or game paused).
– Tweaked save state code to verify the folder is valid, and if not, revert to the default.
