Nouvelle version de ce frontend destiné à mame.

GameEx can now run on a secondary display if you have a dual monitor setup.
To use set DisplayOnSecondary=True. However, I don’t think any emulators available will load on a second display. At least I could not figure out how to get MAME to.
New setting to filter out adult games from the lists. Set NoAdult=True
Also there is a new NoClones setting, to not include clones in the lists.
GameEx now has better support for MAMEPlus and MAMEPlus32.
Several minor fixes also.
