Highlights
– Added an integrated Game Boy Advance and Game Boy core, including a custom boot ROM, Game Boy compatibility, link cable emulation and dedicated testing tools.
– Added a complete software rendering pipeline for the GameCube’s Flipper graphics hardware, alongside the existing OpenGL renderer.
– Added a new debugger (DebugUI2) with dedicated interfaces for GameCube, Game Boy Advance and Game Boy.
– Added a local MCP server exposing the emulator’s debugging interface to LLM agents.

– Audited external input handling and fixed around 90 security-related defects.
– Added full UTF-8 support to the debug interface, console and front ends.
– Improved GameCube compatibility and performance: Metroid Prime’s intro now runs significantly faster and reaches the title screen, while Super Mario Sunshine boots and plays its intro.
