– Add mapper `#31` MAPPER_GG_Gear_20_in_1_FFFF_FFFE_button for « Super Gear 20 in 1 [Ninja Gaiden] » pushbutton multicart
– rename dump to Super Gear 20 in 1 [Ninja Gaiden] based on the box text to reduce ambiguity
