[Divers] GameEX v0.76

Tom Speirs a crée un frontend pour Mame.
Dédié à XP Media Center (le premier du genre), il nécessite DirectX 9c et .NET 1.1 au minimum, 2 composants plutôt lourds et exclusivement Windows.

Bug Fix: GameEx will launch Media Center on exit again.
GameEx can now show Cabinet and Flyer pictures. There are two setting for this – FlyerPath and CabinetPath. These should contain the location of the images. Add these two settings to GameEx.ini or use the Easy Configuration tool. The images if available are shown on the game info and recommended games page.
