Nouvelle version pour ce manager de roms:
* fixed: biosset detector fails when the dat assigns a set to a BIOS set and the set’s biosroms are nodumps and these names differ from the ones in the assigned BIOS set (yujan/yuka effect)
* fixed: setinfo window reopens on scanner reentry when it was closed by ESC
