Mandarine Neo est une version modernisée et maintenue de l’émulateur Mandarine3DS, qui reprend et intègre toutes les améliorations, correctifs et hacks développés après l’ancienne version 1.2.1, afin d’offrir une alternative plus complète et à jour au projet Azahar.
