[Utilitaires] CLR Mame Pro 2.66a

Une nouvelle version de ce mananger de roms vient de sortir, dont voici les améliorations:

* Revised md5 routines
– using optimized md5.cpp
– full zip integrity check is disabled when md5 check is enabled
(the md5 test will do a full zip test anyway)
– md5 errors caused by unzip problems are shown as « (zip)file errors »
– recoded the md5-unzip2memory routine
